We are a family run business providing accommodation in the Derby and Castle Donnington area. We pride ourselves on great value for money apartments for both long and short term stays. So whether you are just visiting for leisure, work or simply need somewhere comfortable to stay for a bit longer, we hope you'll love your stay with us.

Starting in 2019, only months before the pandemic, we have gone from strength to strength to a total of 21 rentable properties, ranging from cosy studios to a grand 4 bed penthouse on the top floor of a listed building.

All our properties benefit from free parking and wifi, with even the smallest of our units containing a full kitchen complete with washing machine.

Unlike other small serviced accommodation businesses, we have our own in house maintenance team, so on the rare occasion things go not so perfectly, we are ready to help within minutes.
